As part of the development of our Engineering department, we are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to lead the design, integration and validation of mechatronic systems for our high-performance vehicles.
Your missions:
– Design and integrate mechatronics systems combining mechanical, electrical and electronic components;
– Define technical requirements and specifications for components and subsystems;
– Perform mechanical integration and packaging using CAD tools;
– Support prototyping, bench testing and vehicle validation;
– Analyse test data, troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability;
– Coordinate technical interfaces with mechanical, electrical, software and powertrain teams;
– Lead suppliers and follow developments through to production;
– Maintain technical documentation and contribute to design reviews.
Your profile:
– Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field;
– 3 to 5 years of experience in the development and integration of mechatronic systems, ideally in motorsport or automotive;
– Good knowledge of CAD tools, ideally CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE;
– Good understanding of actuators, sensors, embedded systems and vehicle electronics;
– Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing and validation;
– Knowledge of high voltage batteries, BMS, CAN communication, electric powertrains or data acquisition is a plus;
– Fluent English.

You will lead on your own one of our new programme and work closely with our Motorsport Director for all other programmes.
Leading track operations and working directly with drivers and technical teams, your main responsibilities will include:
Leading your own programme:
– Prepare and execute run plans and test programmes;
– Responsible for vehicles setup;
– Organise operations;
– Coach young drivers;
– Manage trackside;
– Interface with the customer.
For all other motorsports programmes:
– Drive pure performance from simulation to track for all Spark’s programmes from off road to single seaters.
Your profile:
– Master’s degree or equivalent engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or a related field;
– 8 to 10 years of experience in race engineering, trackside engineering or vehicle performance in motorsport;
– Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics, setup, data acquisition and analysis tools;
– Good understanding of the main vehicle systems;
– Formula E experience is a plus;
– Fluent English.
